AIRMOVE
The AIRMOVE HVLS portable fan is an energy-saving 2-meter diameter portable fan featuring a PMSM motor that provides an impressive airflow distance of over 18m.
Designed with four casters for easy mobility, it operates on a low power consumption of 0.4KW and emits only 43dB of noise. With IP55 waterproofing, it is suitable for rainy days, easy to clean and easy to use with VFD stepless speed control. The fan features high-strength materials, glossy fluorocarbon paint, efficient heat transmission and a 15-year service life. The PMSM motor ensures safety and durability, and SKF bearings improve performance and reduce noise.
Motor PMSM
Kale Aircool PMSM motor adopts genetic optimization algorithm to push the material performance to the limit, using simulation technology to design the best solution to meet the demand of temperature rise; Optimize the transmission efficiency and structural design, reduce the stress level, and the connection structure joint is designed with multiple safety protection measures to ensure the safety of PMSM motor for a long time. PMSM motor adopts vacuum dipping process to ensure the insulation of immersion paint. The error is only ±10μm to ensure the overall performance, dynamic balance and durability of rotor disc, etc.
Control system
