Description

Made from robust materials such as forged steel and aircraft-grade aluminum, it ensures safety and longevity. Geared motor

Center

The hub is made by 1500T hot forging, numerical control machining and CNC precise machining. Forging can confirm the consistency of metal structure, which can keep the inner structure and outer shape of forgings consistent. The full metal streamline structure confirms the best mechanical properties of the hub. By CNC machining, the precision tolerance has been controlled within 100um, ensuring the precise dynamic balance of the hub.

Control system

Top-level electrical configuration in HVLS industry, Schneider brand electrical sets, with building safety protection module which will shut off the output automatically in case of some accidents. International brand control cabinet (Danfoss & Schneider) passed EMC certificates by SGS and CCC, meanwhile, it passed anti-creep testing which effectively shields electromagnetic interference. The protection level is IP55, passing UL, EMC,LVD, ROHS certificates.

Electric dovetail blades

EURUS II series fans are equipped with dovetail fan blades, which are new generation fan blades from Kale. Low speed operation eliminates heat build-up on the ceiling and can be used in multiple seasons, which will significantly improve the air volume, wind cover, coverage and safety performance. Wing

This type of winglet is always seen in racing airplanes and motorcycles, but it is not designed for beauty. Swirls will form at the end of the fan's aerodynamic blades while the airflow is running.
